You already have rules: payment first, no free chat, and block anyone who wants to move you to Telegram. On pedimart the first two are settings, and the buyer's record tells you who to block.

Require a past purchase before a buyer can start a chat, or charge them to open one. Your time stops being free the moment you switch it on.

Every sale goes through pedimart. A buyer who asks for a verification fee, a cheque or payment off the platform is breaking the terms. Report them and we review the account.

History follows the buyer
Refunds, chargebacks and chats that never became a sale stay on the record, and so do repeat purchases, so your regulars are easy to spot. You can close your inbox to anyone.

Buyers can't send you photos or files, so nothing explicit lands in your inbox. You see words, and the record behind them.

Bring your chatter, officially
Plenty of sellers already have a chatter or a partner answering DMs on their login, and a shared login can get an account banned. On pedimart your chatter gets their own login, and everything they do shows up in your activity log.
