Photos and videos are delivered instantly, so completed purchases are generally final.
When we refund
- A custom request was paid for and not delivered.
- What was delivered clearly doesn't match what was described.
- You were charged twice or charged in error.
How to ask
Contact us through the contact page with the order details. The window for requests is to be announced. We review the order and the conversation and reply with a decision.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Refunds and chargebacks appear on your buyer record, and we may limit accounts that file chargebacks without first asking for a refund.
Sellers
When a refund is granted, the sale amount is taken back from the seller's held earnings. The hold period is to be announced.
